Our must-try main product is Bo'nas, an abbreviation of Bolen Nanas (Pineapple Bolen) which is a homemade pastry filled with pineapple jam. It could last maximum in 7 days at room temperature and 3 weeks in refirgerator. This Bolen variant is also enriched with some other mouth-watering fillings such as banana, durian and tape (fermented cassava). along with those delicacies, various cakes and brownies is also produced from our kitchen
