Semedomanise Rempah adalah campuran ekstrak jahe, kapulaga, lada, sereh, dan daun pandan. Baik untuk kesehatan karena memiliki index glycemic (GI 35) yang sangat rendah dibandingkan dengan gula tebu dengan GI 68 dan madu dengan GI 55, sehingga baik untuk penderita diabetes.
