Matan Gallery is a workshop that was first established in 1991, specializing in works of art, particularly woven rattan bags, which are the creative thoughts of Mrs. Hangin Bang Donggo. Over time, Matan Gallery has experienced a resurgence while still carrying its legendary rattan bag products. Matan Gallery sells a wide range of products made from natural rattan, crafted by artisans from the interior regions of East Borneo (Kalimantan) to the border areas of East Kalimantan. The products in our gallery are timeless designs that will never fade with time, as they are created by the legendary artisans and adapted to the current modernization trends.
