Marisa food Fish Processing Unit established in 2011. We have a spirit to develop the fishing industry, as well as the spirit of empowering housewives. By advancing the potential of local fisheries, we process catfish into various processed products. We innovate and develop the zero waste concept in effort to increase product added value and minimize waste to the environment. Our products consistantly apply the concept of healthy food, without preservatives and without MSG. Currently the products produced include: shredded catfish with 3 flavors (original, spicy and rendang), mini dry pastels, ladrik, fish skin chips, and various frozen foods.
