Black Garlic Tunggal

It is a group of local garlic farmer associations who have a fighting spirit to restore the glory of garlic in Tuwel Village, Tegal Regency, Central Java. Efforts are being made to produce processed products and garlic derivatives so that garlic is not only presented in the form of seeds or fresh, but has other added values. Besides that, these KWT women also produce other derivative products from horticultural agricultural products such as fried onions.
