Batik Adi Busana was founded by Mrs. Yayuk's in-law in the year 1958 to empower batik makers in Bekonang, Sukoharjo. In 1982, Batik Adi Busana was inherited by Mrs. Yayuk and her husband, Mr. Hardjono. Batik Adi Busana is known as a contemporary batik producer that creates modern patterns to fulfill market demands according to its era. The vision of Batik Adi Clothing is to preserve batik and increase its popularity in society. Batik Adi Busana has its uniqueness compared to other batik using chemical dye.
