Raw onions Sumenep onions, especially for premium quality fried onions, come from the area around Cirebon. Garlic from the Kating type, which has a stronger aroma and taste and is more expensive. These onions are not greasy, stay dry because there is a special draining technique and do not use additional flour, do not contain MSG, preservatives or other flavours. Fried using quality coconut oil which is healthier and more expensive. The bottle is thick so it's safer when shipping.

The products have been sold in more than 20 modern retail markets in Indonesia, have been exported to Australia, used in Indonesian restaurants in Sydney, used as condiments in Black Garlic Arirang Noodle from Gaga Food. Using coconut oil which is healthier, doesn't use flour and we use special draining technique that yield very dry and crunchy Fried Shallot. For ingredient we use Kating Garlic that has strong taste and aroma and Sumenep Shallot that can only be found in Cirebon are, my town.
